Came at 1pm and surprise to see how packed the restaurant. Luckily we can get seated not too long. The waitress are attentive and helpful during our order process. We order some menu to try:
Fried Pork Trotter with Salt and Pepper (49k/pcs)

This was actually my first time trying this menu and I found it delicious. The texture of the crispy skin and soft chewy meat combine together into a perfect dish. We can ask the waitress to help us cut the trotter into smaller pieces.
Pork with Sweet and Sour Lychee Sauce

To be honest, this one was quite mediocore. I expect it to have stronger lychee taste but there is none. There's only 2 pieces of lychee in it, and that's it. But the pork meet was tender tho'.

So this was like beehoon cook in some sauce sort of like soup. It consist of pork intenstine, small prawn, mushroom, and vege. The beehoon was those soft type one that easily break. It was tasty and really fulling.
Overall I was quite satisfied with the food, but the service was really impresive.
