Why you will love it ❤
1. They add a modern twist to a classic rawon recipe.
2. Their Rawon Don Salted Egg was especially my favourite. Imagine rawon with less of the soup but more to the texture of salted egg and juicy beef. One bowl of rice you need to put on your list to dig your spoon into.
3. The classic rawon is good as well, a Jawa Timur rawon. We rarely find good rawon in Jakarta in the first place, so if you're craving rawon, this place should be on top of your list. It has a fragrant taste because of the bit of coconut added yummyyy, really adds a difference.
4. Nasi Goreng Rawon was surprisingly interesting. Those who are a fan of coconuty flavor in your fried rice, try this. They put a fun twist in rawon. This menu is only available in Senopati branch.

What could be improved 🙏
1. If you're looking for Surabaya rawon, this is perfect for you. But if you're a Central Javanese rawon lover type, and would love your rawon on the sweeter spectrum, would be better if Rawon Bar could provide a sweet soy sauce on the side. We are accustomed to a sweeter rawon, but we can definitely appreciate Rawon Bar's version of the delicious East Javanese cuisine. 😉
2. Krupuk were not too crunchy :') would be great if they place the krupuk in a sealed place to ensure crunchiness 😁.
