i always love Japanese food, especially sashimi and sushi. Shigeru served a wide range of japanese food from sushi, sashimi, onigiri, fried food like tempura, fish cake with gravy hot soup. I tried Maki Aburi with spicy mayo on top, the salmon are broiled with torch, so it's half cooked and taste so good. It's moist, fresh and tasty, with tobiko on top. The fish cake are taste good too, plump, moist and savory. I like the hot soup, full of flavor and tasty.
