Review Pelanggan untuk Song Fa Bak Kut Teh

It has been a while since the last time i had meal from Song Fa. Honestly i'm fond of Songfa's soup their soup is the tastiest bak kut teh soup that i ever had.

In my opinion, since i'm not fond of bak kut, the best way to had this soup is by dipping cakwe into the soup before ate it, so the taste of soup won't be too strong.

So when i look on Gof**d's page, i just found out that Songfa has special package for delivery. There are 4 varieties for the delivery package, and i choose the pork belly one.

The pork belly package contained of vegetables, boiled egg, braised pork belly, gohiong, and songfa's infamous soup with 2 pieces of meat ball for IDR 49k, which is really worth the money compared to what i have get in this package.

As usual, their soup is great although right at the moment, their spices are stronger than usual.

As for their gohiong, it was tasty & didn't oily at all. And their meatball is also good. It was kinda hard to explain and you need to try by yourself.

Usually i'm not fond of pork except of roasted pork and charsiu. But i enjoyed their braised pork belly that served in thick cut, which usually scare me because of the fatty texture and i'm not fond of pork belly at all, especially the thick cut.

The pork belly was well marinated and the meat texture itself wasn't too fatty. And one thing that i really loved from the pork dishes is the pork meat itself wasn't smelly at all.

Btw, the food portion is also big enough for 1 person. I even share it with my mom although usually i'm a big eater.
