Angus Tenderloin for the maincourse, this steak is what i really want it! i'v been craving for juicy, thick, and perfectly grilled medium level.. you can see the outside part are perfect brown with a beautiful grilled mark .. and the inside are still red, a little bit raw but still it is edible. so when i bite this sirloin meat, it burst inside my mouth with all those juicy flavor.. Simply seasoning but touch my soul and satisfy my belly.... you can also ask fot the tabasco for the spicier taste

The pork crackling was good as well, this fats part are chewy, soft and melting.. while the top part are crispy and beautiful golden brown color. i love it.. dipped with the special spicy sauces from Sudestada..

Spinach creamy are so yummy, actually its not bland at all, but for you who love salty spicy foo, maybe this dish not really kicking as the pork crackling.. but its healthy anyway.. pssstt after the sirloin and pork thingy.. it helps the balance your tastebud.. hmm perhaps red wine complete the romantic dinner time..
