Hi foodies ! we were blessed to had an opportunity (and short queue) to try Sushi Hiro's Hiro Aburi Sushi (IDR 100), Shiok Maki (IDR 130k), and Unagi Roll (IDR 200k).

Hiro Aburi Sushi (IDR 100k)
We were intrigued to order this menu since it was presented with their signature Sushi stairs, little did we know that their Shiok Maki was displayed using the stairs as well 😂 Anyway, Hiro Aburi Sushi consisted of Aburi Beef, Aburi Salmon, Aburi Salmon Belly, Aburi Hotate, Aburi Ika, and Aburi Tamago. The highlight of this menu is how fresh all of the ingredients were. They did not taste fishy at all, which was surprising, but as expected from the price $$. It was not too far from S*s*i T*i, though, so don't worry 😀 By the way, their Aburi Salmon Belly and Aburi Beef were the highlight of the overall sushi stairs. Make sure to order more!!! The juicy beef and fatty belly 😇

Shiok Maki (IDR 130k)
Shiok Maki was 8 pieces of grilled eel and grilled salmon with crunchy bits and mentaiko mayo goodness, if we might summarize. We think that it was super worth it, since you can get the best of both-unagi and salmon-world, for 130k. If you were a fan of "garingan" and mayo in a sushi like Ms. Belly was, this menu is perfect 👌

Unagi Roll (IDR 200k)
This was the most expensive menu that we ordered, and it was ok. We wished for slightly more seasoning on the unagi, since it lacks a certain umami taste. The quality of unagi was undoubtedly fresh, though.

What we want to emphasize as well is how delicate the sushi rice were, we could tell that the sushi was made by the expert since the rice stays at its shape, but it falls apart once it was taken by our chopsticks 😀 The only negative point is the soy sauce and wasabi there were very weak, so we have to add loads of them 😐😐😐

Until now, we could say that Sushi Hiro serves the best sushi in PIK area. You should definitely check them out!
