Quite a new sushi place in PIK and they’re serving japanese french kind of menu but still keeping the authenticity.
With some friends I tried few menus:
- salmon n tuna sashimi - love the freshness and the thickness
- fried rice with wagyu beef - perfect meal, the rice smelt so good and found out they use pickles mustard veg instead of salt. The wagyu beef was also super tender and cooked to perfection
- Katsura maki - this is the modern way of sushi, no rice no nori. Quite interesting dish
- Miso Nikumi udon - standart udon more for kids
- Gindara yaki hollandaise - another mind blowing dish. The black cod was tender, moist and match with their hollaindaise sauce. Even the potato salad was yummy
- Seabass Sakamushi - it was cooked in sake so not my cup of tea.
- shioyaki and teriyaki saba: loves both of them but maybe I prefer the teriyaki one
- Maguro age maki : basically tuna fried sushi
- Tan tan Maki : a bit spicy with ebi prawn inside

Good service and place also clean. Go upstair if you like to eat in a swing chairs

Will comeback definitely!
