Fusion Dim Sum Restaurant which is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, quite near from PIK Mall. This place just open for a few months, but the words already spread out widely, so many people come to try their food. Place quite spacious and they have first floor and second floor. The food that we are order are four menus Those are :

1. Pork Truffle Noodle

I like this kind of noodle, which is thin, slim and soft, typically of Hong Kong noodle.  The smells of the truflle pretty strong. Toppings are so fancy, there are Dumplings, Black Truffle, Boiled Egg, Pork Belly and some slices meat. Their dumpling made from  shrimp and pork, quite fresh and not smelly.

2. Crispy Prawn Chang Fen

This Chan Fen really made me say "hmmmm" , the combination from the thin layers of glutinous are soft, combined with the cripsy dough (cakwe) filled with fresh shrimp which is unique and delicious at the same time.

3. Golden Salted Egg Pao

This pao looks so luxury, brushed with gold painting and filled with yellow golden custard made from Salted Egg Yolk which taste sweet and creamy. The texture are thick instead of watery, because it more likely to custard.

4. Cream Cheese Onde

My favorite dessert from Wan Treasure, as the Onde Skin are so crunchy yet chewy. Filled with generous cream cheese, made me feel so happy. Especially the tiny white sesame on the outer layer which is so cute. I am such a happy kid.

5. Hong Kong Style Milk Tea

What a beautiful drinks! Milk Tea taste so rich, creamy and bold, the sweetness are okay, not too sweet. I like how it served with a bath of shaved ice on and the bottle are so cute.

Ambiance are okay and their serving quite fast, unfortunately when we want to try the black hakau, it was sold out. So maybe next time. One thing about their cleanliness, its their trash bin which made me quite annoyed, just my opinion they can improve on that. Thank You.
