Brown Butter Kouign Amann (36k) 7/10
Not as sweet as your traditional kouign amann but very fragrant. The inside was quite dense/bready vs the PBnJ but still okay.

PBnJ (40k) 8/10
Super generous fillings, can’t go wrong with PBnJ combination. Croissant itself was crunchy and airy, but not that buttery.
