Akhirnya kesampean juga makan di gentle pig…
Aku pilih gravy nya pake demi glace dan sambalnya sambal matah donk…
Wihh perpaduan yang paling uenakk buat dipasangin sama al pig cino ini…
Bener2 juara sih..
Dan nasinya bukan nasi putih biasa loo..
Nasinya itu gurih berbumbu gitu..
Kalian pasti dibikin nagih kalo udah nyobain makan di sini..

It's a bright day and it's after office dinner time for us. There's this happening Porchetta place in Loop Graha Famili and we haven't had a chance to try it, until the day finally came that we could lay our hands on these bad boys. 

Porchetta basically is roasted crispy skin pork belly, rubbed with herbs and spices (especially rosemary) and rolled into well, a roll of belly then cooked in the oven until its skin turned golden brown and crunchy (not just crispy) with juicy meat. Served kinda shredded on a sharing plate to share (or not, up to you) with 3 kind of sauces. We picked Sambal Matah, Thai Green Chilli and Crispy Chilli sauce. That's one item. 

The next one, loaded fries. Pig loaded fries. Yeah you read that right, it's so good that it became the cover photo of this dinner. Chips/fries were cooked to perfection, crispy but not greasy, and the pork pieces, well, perfect on their own. Who doesn't love crunchy and juicy bits of porks?

1st time kesini itu karena penasaran dg authentic porchetta krn chefnya orang Italia asli dan merupakan top chef di Jakarta!

Langsung deh plan kesini untuk breakfast, krn kalo sorean gitu uda rame banget dan cepet banget sold outnya (musti nunggu next batch lagi).
Jangan kuatir walaupun kesini pas jam breakfast, regular menu tetep available..

1. Breakfast at Pig-Fany
Sliced Porchetta, Pork bacon, Pork sausage, Scrambled egg, Mushroom, Gravy, Potato wedges.
Semuanya enak banget! Not too heavy for breakfast..

2. Al Pig Cino
Sliced Porchetta served on baked rice with your choice of their signature sambal and gravy..
Ini menu favorit buat saya, krn baked ricenya balanced banget sama porchetta nya! ❤️❤️

3. The Italian Job
Semacem sandwich; Sliced Porchetta in their homemade foccacia bread (tetep dengan sambal n gravy pilihan kita)
This one also nice 👍 👍

4. Baked S-Pig-hetti
Say no more! Baked creamy spaghetti with bechamel sauce, tomato, cheese, porchetta and bacon.
Semuanya elemennya bisa menyatu banget.. ❤️👍
