Salmon Avo Toast: ⭐️9/10 Fresh Avocado, Smoked salmon, Hollandaise sauce, Poached egg, and Multigrain toast. it tastes savory and there is a sweet taste from the avocado. The texture is soft and the poached egg is perfect it’s melted. The smoked salmon is delicious. Rp 135.000
Buranchi Honey Toast: ⭐️9/10 Buranchi famous toast, Caramelized banana, Fresh strawberries, Ice cream by S.O.S., and Vanilla cream anglaise. It tastes sweet and there is a sour taste from the strawberry. The texture is crunchy and there is a soft texture from the icecream. The bread taste really milky and the caramelized bananas is really delicious. Rp 95.000
Truffle Fries: ⭐️9/10 Shoestring fries, Truffle oil, and Parmesan cheese. The truffles taste really good and the aroma is strong, the portions is big, and the sauce is delicious. Rp 65.000

Well, hari ini akhirnya berkesempatan untuk mencoba restoran Japanese Style yang ada di alam sutra, @buranchi.. Lokasi dekat dengan the Broadway, designnya really unik dan Eye catching dengan area outdoor yang ada pool nya (bisa buat berenang)
Staff disini ramah2, sayang menu makanan masih belum begitu banyak.. Mungkin karena masih baru (baru 1 bulan). Pesan dan coba buranchi Fried rice, ice lemon tea dan1 cup of cappuccino.
Nasi goreng rasanya so so saja dan cappuccino sih oke lah.
