Why you will love it ❤
1. Various branches available.
2. Appreciate their branding from packaging, interior of restaurant and colour used with different styles depending on the branch.

What could be improved 🙏
1. They seem to use meat with more fat now. I think the burger tastes more fatty and they crumble and disintegrate very easily in your mouth unlike their usual burger.
2. I order twice - eat in and take away. For the eat in, I just wanted a classic cheese burger (without vegetables) but they somehow gave me the burger with (very little) vegetables in it that cost quite a bit more for just a small amount of vegetables. Would be great if the staff checked with the customer if the burger with or without vegetables. Because I prefer Flip the OG Way, sans vegetables.
3. Sauce was not too generous. Again, consistency seems to have changed.
4. I still believe in Flip. But after a few times lately being disappointed I think it will take a bit of time to heal and have the courage to try again (I just have to emphasize that since this is one of my favourite burgers, if the quality changes it hurts much more compared to if a random burger brand changed their quality) Will visit again, but, unfortunately, not in the near future!
