☑️ Carbonara (Rp 75K)
Cream Carbonaranya warnanya koneng gaes! Rasanya enak banget. Potongan baconnya pun lumayan banyak. Tesktur spaghetti'nya well-cooked dan tidak creamy tapi TASTY! 😍❤️

☑️ Bacon e Besciamella (Rp 95K)
Kurang garing si untuk Pizza BEBONG'nya. Keju Mozzarellanya kurang pas karena tekstur Pizza'nya yang kurang lama manggang'nya jadi kesannya kayak makan "telor meleleh". Next, mesti request harus lebih lama manggang'nya nii biar "tastier".

Like the name suggests, La Semplicita offering simple and easy italian dishes, mainly pastas, pizzas, and some secondi options. 
While many other italian restos strikes up as a bit fancy place to eat out, La semplicita offers a homey and humble space for you to relax and enjoy their menus.

They greeted us warmly, offer us free water, and giving us some recommendations. 
We pick Carbonara pasta and braised pork for our lunch meal.
The carbonara using the common italian/roman recipes, means no cream -just egg and cheese- as it should!  
Pasta was al dente and well seasoned. Would love to have this again in the future.
The braised pork also yummy, so tender and the sauce compliments it very well. As you see, they don't use frozen veggies for sides. You still can taste the carrot and beans sweetness and crispness. 

Overall i had a nice meal here. Good and simple italian comfort food indeed.
Hopefully they will receive more recognition since their place is located behind the main road.
