When it comes to cheesecake for birthday cake, the Harvest is one of my regular. Either blueberry cheesecake or strawberry, both of them are delicious! They put meringue too on top which made this perfect. I love meringue, I love cheesecake, and the fresh blueberry/strawberry jam on top, just the right combination to please your appetite. Plus, their cheesecake is bold and thick. The sweetness is enough for me, but maybe for someone who doesn't like sweet, this could be a little bit too sweet. The best part is when you all of the part together: bit of bold, daring cheese, bit of sweet, caramelized meringue, and bit of fresh blueberry/strawberry jam. All cold, after sitting for a while in the refrigerator. Yumm!
