A place where you can experience French cuisine with excellent hospitality and elegant ambience. Me and my friends tried some of its signature dishes which are:
- Pan Seared Salmon Trout Medallion (IDR 235,000)
The texture is moist and flaky, served with Brunoise Capsicum, Garlic Chive Crispy Kale, Asparagus, Truffle Mashed Potato, Red Dragon Fruit Gelee, and Exotic Pineapple Sauce. Pretty and colorful plating!
- US Prime Op Ribs (IDR 875,000)
500 gram US Prime Op Ribs, well-seasoned, tender, and juicy, came with assorted Salt as condiments (yet I prefer without Salt because the Ribs itself has already tasty). Served with Butter Mixed Vegetables such as Broccoli, Capsicum, Long Bean, Carrot, and Mushroom, as well as creamy and moist Potato Gratin. FANTASTIC!
- Mango Panna Cotta (IDR 90,000)
Light, silky smooth, and creamy Panna Cotta with super delicious Mango flavour! Served with assorted Tropical Fruit and Vanilla Ice Cream. The best Mango Panna Cotta everrr!
- Hot Cappuccino (IDR 60,000)
Creamy and rich in flavour, with nice latte art too!
