Review Pelanggan untuk Shitako Takoyaki

This stall was recently open near my gym place, so I decided to give it a try since I passed by everyday. Somehow, menunya tuh agak confusing. Kaya first you can choose wether you want the original, kuro, or chezu. And then you can only pick 1 topping between chicken, beef, octopus, or cheese. Jadi bingung awalnya pesen chezu tapi pas liat gambarnya kok ngga ada squid flake dan saos-saosannya. Akhirnya pesen yang original trus isinya octopus.
Pas gigit, agak kaget karena teksturnya ngga mirip takoyaki. I've tried the authentic one, but this doesn't taste anything like that. The one that I ate in Japan was full and gooey. Meanwhile Shitako made it solid and empty inside. Adonannya sendiri sih rasanya enak, kaya ada asin-asin keju gitu. Dan kaget lagi pas liat dalemnya ada octopus dan keju. I don't know if they being randomly generous or it has always been like that. But still tho, the octopus cut was small.
Considering the price, which is 20k for 4 pieces I think it quite nice. Next time I would ask for more sauce and squid flake.
