A nother overseas brand popular in Malaysia joins the jiggly pillow cake market in Jakarta.
The cheese pillow cake was quite good, almost similar to the M****** brand but this one slightly better in term of cake texture.
The chocolate pillow cake has Hershey’s chips in it. Quite good, I like their version better.
On my first visit, the cake was jiggly, fluffy, rise-high however on my second visit, i found the Chocolate pillow cake was kind of heavy and dense (didn’t rise = bantat), lack of whisking perhaps?
