My favorite bakery in North Jakarta, it's Bakesmith. Their signature chocolate baileys salted caramel is the best, super moist and soft cake. The caramel is very tasty, with a hint of baileys flavors, yet not really overpowering from the chocolate. Love it the best in room temperature, so when you safe from the refrigerator, you can let it sit for a few minutes before consumption, so it get soften, but the sad things the slice is super thin, last time I bought the slice was fine and it super duper thin, by the time I want to take picture, it very fragile and too soft to get stand.

The blackforest cake taste good, soft moist and love the custard between the sponge cake. I can taste the rhum and Chocolate shave is perfect touch as the garnishing, with cherry yummy.

Triple chocolate is okay, but it's way to dense, and I prefer cake that is soft and moist, maybe they out flour too much in it. Lol just kidding. But the good things is the cake is super firm and good for photo shoot, LOL 😅
