The place is quite old but still well maintained and clean ... a little renovation will make it better.

Here in Fiesta, we got invited for food testing for their Lunar New Year dishes which have been curated by their finest chefs.

For starters, they presented us with 3 different selections:
- Marinated Jellyfish w/ marinated sesame dressing: taste ok, jellyfish a bit overcooked and dressing a bit sour
- Marinated beef shank: this is my favourite among the three. Beef was tender and was perfectly marinated
- Hainan chicken salad: yummy and it said this is their best selling dish

For main course, they came up with also 3 selections:
- Braised Duck Teochew Style: love this dish so much, everything was blending perfectly. I couldn’t stop eating it.
- Sweet & Sour King Crab: another winner dish. The crab was fresh sweet with tantalizing sauce that using dragon fruit. Top notch
- Salmon Fillet crispy Sechuan sauce: I was quite skeptical about Salmon being cooked like this but actuallu it was quite nice specially the sauce.

As for dessert we tried:
- Mango sticky rice with lemon bubble: perfect ending however sticky rice will be better if they put more taste.
- Young Coconut Pudding: good presentation but prefer the other dessert.

All of those menus will be available in the buffet during Chinese New Year with price only 299K++.
