Came here for lunch with my fam. Ternyata mereka baru buka cabang tsm, dan managementnya gabung sama 30 bumbu by chop buntut. Currently there is an opening promo, pay only 25k for selected menus sampai akhir bulan ini.

Tempat cukup spacious, enough seatings. Condiment untuk 30 bumbu seperti kecap kecapan, sambal merah dan hijau lengkap. They provide free salad and tanuki di depan, sambil nunggu makanan keluar.

In the bowl there’s rice topped with furikake nori flakes, a piece of tamagoyaki (served cold/room temp), chicken tempura, chikuwa tempura, and kani tempura.
The rice was dry. I can’t tell is it a dashi sauce or a regular tempura sauce but it tastes extremely sweet. The amount of sauce given wasn’t enough for a full bowl of rice. The math ain’t mathing💀
Tempura was AWFUL. The batter was bland, under seasoned, and not served hot so the tempura is no longer crispy. Chikuwa tempura was halved served 🫥 and their chicken tempura has “rasa kulkas” to it🫥 what a tragedy

Flavorful chicken-based broth with slices of chashu chicken. The chicken broth tends to be lighter but still umami, often enhanced with soy sauce or miso. Chashu slices was tender, add a savory flavor to the dish. It’s def worth trying✨

a non-alcoholic beverage inspired by the fictional drink from the Harry Potter series. Ingredientsnya ada butterscotch, cream soda, sama foam. Rasanya cenderung creamy, ada sedikit hint of vanilla.

Staffs was responsive and friendly walaupun full house. The food is served fairly quickly too.
I hope that in the future there’ll be improvements in the quality and taste of the foods. Thanks.
