A not so hidden gem in Hotel Atlet Senayan with Kyoto-esque designs. Foods tasted okay overall, good but not wow. Seems like I should’ve ordered their kushiyaki and ishiyaki instead.

Mochi Yaki (53k) 6/10
Had high expectation cause I’ve seen people raving about this. There’s a nice smokiness from the grilled mochi, however it came cold so mochi was tough to chew. I prefer Kei Dining’s over this one.

Sashimi Mori (198k) ⭐️8/10
One of the loveliest presentation for sashimi platter. Good variety of fishes with quite thick cuts. I like that they gave us more than salmon and tuna (I think we got mackarel, squid, and hamachi).

Uo Kara Nabe Small (108k) 5.5/10
Fish tasted off (what we call ‘bau tanah’), even though it was fried first. Tofu and veggies were fresh. Soup itself tasted okay (you can request the spicy level) if slightly too salty. Quite big portion for small size though.
