Review Pelanggan untuk Upstairs Coffee Signature

Berikut sebuah kritik dan saran dari kami, tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat. 


Jadi, gw pergi ber6 bareng temen-temen gw kesini hari Sabtu, 23 Oktober 2021.
gw dtg dari jam 5an, gw pesen dlu 2 minuman karena yg lain belum dtg, gw dpt duduk di rooftop. long story short, akhirnya ber4, msh pesen minuman only karena nunggu tmn" gw komplit baru makan bareng.
TAPI sebelum itu terjadi, salah satu waiters di Upstairs Rooftop Cafe Puri Kembangan nyamperin meja gw dan nyuruh gw CLOSE BILL karena banyak yg waiting list di bawah dan pake bahas bahwa gw uda disitu selama 1 jam 

1. Dari awal gw MASUK dan naik ke ATAS, gak ada perjanjian apapun bahwa nongkrong maksimal 1 jam! 

2. Gw uda telpon, dan dia yg blg ga perlu booking 

3. Pas gw cek ke bawah, banyak bangku kosong, dan di atas pun msh ada tempat
Jadi inti nya mereka secara ga langsung NGUSIR gw krn baru pesen 4 minuman dan udah disitu selama kurang lebih 50menit. 

Yep, untung gw laper jd gw ttp pesen 5 makanan. Padahal tdnya kalo ga kejadian gini, gw pun akan pesen lebih.

So, mau ga mau gw kasih review gini krn kecewa bgt, gw ke resto mau yg harga nya di bawah maupun di atas kalian pun ga pernah diginiin sama waiter nya. Ga sopan soalnya.

So here's a critics from us, with all due respect. 
So, i went here with my friends, there are 6 people in total, on Saturday 23rd Oct 2021.
i arrived at 5pm (apx), i ordered 2 drinks first because my friends are not arrive yet. Long story short, 3 of my friends came, and we ordered drinks again, we would like to eat there but we want to eat together. So thats the plan, that's our plan.
But then, around 6pm (Apx), one of their waiter came to my table and told us to CLOSE BILL because i've been there for 1 hour, and there's a waiting list downstairs.
So 1st of all, since i came in to the cafe, they never said that the maximum time for dining in is one hour.
2nd is i called them on friday, to make sure, should i book the table or something, but they said no, just come.
3rd is when i checked downstairs about "waiting list", it's a lie, there's also a free table in rooftop, then why one of your waiter have to said that to us??
it is definitely they want to kick us our, because they THOUGHT i only ordered 3 drinks

and of course, we still stick to our plan, we ate there because we are hungry.

So, sorry not sorry im gonna give a this review because i am very disappointed by how your waiter treated us, it's very cruel to said those things to a customer. 

Even when i went eat to other restaurants with a price below or higher than this cafe, they never said or did this to me. I do hope you guys doesn't repeat this to another customer.
