One of the best mie tarik! They gave you some presentation of how they made it. I tried Mie Tarik Ayam Crispy [Rp.36.000]. The noodles was in the right gooey-level, I've tried this several times, there's a time when the seasoning doesn't really come through the core. Still, tasty enough :) Anyhow, the chicken was wonderful, crispy and tasty. With chili and oil, plus pepper, this noodles are ready be shoved in your belly.
