Ordered NZ tenderloin medium well with mushroom sauce. It tasted nice, actually, until I realized halfway eating it that my steak was rare instead of medium well. For someone like me, who don't particularly like rare for their steak, this is really meh Told the staff about this, and got a half-hearted apology instead. I mean, I specifically told them it's okay not to change it to a new one (not that they offered anyway), because I was already full and kinda lost my appetite. But I deserved an explanation, right? Or at least a sincere apology.
