Review Pelanggan untuk Meatology

Bandung terkenal dengan ragam kulinernya yang bervariasi dan enak. But in my personal opinion, pilihan steak house di kota ini belum terlalu banyak. Awal tahun 2016 ini, seakan menjawab demand on this kind of steak house market, muncullah Meatology, located in the heart of this city, tepat di belakang KFC Riau, this steak house is surely very strategic.
Signature dishes disini tentunya adalah berbagai jenis steak, selain tersedia juga pasta dan beberapa Indonesian foods. I ordered Deluxe Poutine Fries for the starter, Grilled Tenderloin with Fresh Herbs, Herb Crusted Sirloin Steak and Sop Buntut for the main courses (not that I ate 3 courses, I came here with 2 accompanies ) and Pinacolada for beverage.
I chose Deluxe Poutine Fries for starter because it is a favourite menu (they have star sign for favourite menu). Basically, it is french fries with melted cheese and bolognaise sauce. Very good and just perfect for starter. Must try
Untuk steak nya sendiri, kita bisa pilih tingkat kematangan (well done, medium well, medium, rare), sauce (mushroom, blackpepper, barbeque, red wine, chardonay & rosemary) dan jenis kentang (french fries, mashed, mashed sweet, dauphinoise, wedges & rosti). Overall, porsinya pas (ga kebanyakan dan bikin begah), penyajiannya cantik, dagingnya empuk (sesuai dengan tingkat kematangan + juicy). Terkait harga, untuk ukuran Bandung, masih sedikit kemahalan (compared sama pioneer steak house di Setiabudi yang udah 30 tahun berdiri di Bandung - you know what I meant if you are originally from Bandung ), but for me, I think it is worth it compared with the taste (check out the price on the title of my uploaded pictures).
The interior design is quite instagrammable with painted wall in the first floor, a centered bar and wood-dominated design. The building consists of two floors, but I am sorry that I do not check the second floor 😊😊
The conclusion is if you come to Bandung and feeling some western food, just try this one
