Slow Cooked Ribs (10 Hours) glazed with homemade BBQ Sauce served with Mashed Potato and Sautéed Beans. Ribsnya super duper empukkk dan lembuuuttt! BBQ Saucenya manisnya pas. Mashed Potatonya creamy dan lembut. SO GOOD!

- Salmon Belly Teriyaki (IDR 155,000)
Seared Salmon Belly with Teriyaki Sauce served with Steamed White Rice and Sunny Side Up Egg. Salmon Bellynya fresh dan gak amis, Teriyaki Saucenya tasty. Yummm!
