Marugame Udon is, it's a Japanese Restaurant that serving Udon as their specialty. This restaurant is looks like a fast food restaurant, you queuing in line and choosing for what you want and then you get served. This style made you get the food really quickly without waiting the cooking process. You can select the menu from the board above you. I ordered Ebi Tempura, Tendon Rice and Kitsune Udon.
• Ebi Tempura (13K) Selain terkenal dengan menu udon, aneka deep fried di sini wajib dicoba sebagai side dish. Ebi Tempura-nya menggunakan udang yang besar, enak sekali pas digigit, tepungnya sangat crispy.
• Tendon Rice (45K) Japanese rice with vegetable tempura topping, egg tempura and tori tempura. Sebagai pelengkap diatasnya ada taburan daun bawang dan saus tendon. enak banget, dan mengenyangkan.
• Kitsune Udon (36K) Kitsune alias kulit tahu yang menjadi topping dari varian udon ini sangat gurih karena rasa dari bumbunya sendiri ditambah lagi dengan kuah kaldu yang sudah menyerap. Tekstur udonnya tidak terlalu chewy, tingkat kematangannya pas. Kitsune Udon are the most favorite udon for me.
I love this place. They are usually very packed especially during lunch or dinner hours, but the staffs, from cooks, servers, and waitresses amazingly work very fast. Everything is a must-try at this restaurant. I highly recommend this place 😋👍🏻
