We made a reservation for 15 people to celebrate my birthday, we got a sit upstairs. "private " but its not private at all, however , because of the empty restaurant yes it felt private.  when we entered I could smell KARBOL , a chemical used to mop floors, this is bad for a restaurant. -_-` the tables were arranged like a square meeting room, where there is a whole in the middle, but 3 sides . left middle and right, like an unfinished square without the line at the bottom. very uncomfortable seating. 

The server was good, but lack of service, we ordered alot, for the food all the fish was ok, the unagi was super tiny, beef was "B-" everything was just B , LOve the salmon skin, 
I brought 7 children with me, I ordered beef udon for my youngest, we waited an hour and 15 minutes just for an udon, the rest of the order came pretty fast , just that udon , i had to ask 6 times which is very annoying, 
waitress were friendly, but for an empty restaurant , lacking of Service . 
i had to take my own napkins in the drawers, asking several times spoon dishes, ocha was left empty for a long time. what i cannot accept was , we brought our own sake and we were charged corkage,. asked for the sake menu, they dont have any , said their sake list is sold out, the corkage was 399.000 , i dont mind paying for this , yes if they did the service, we poured our own drinks, never once they poured it for us. if they had a sake list, we would have bought something there, but they dont. The Tempura is so oily and felt that the vegetables used is old, again empty restaurant. 
when the bill arrived, 
"oh I am sorry, cash or debit or transfer only" the waitress said. 
I was shocked beyond believe, the bill was 13 million rp.
How can a restaurant , not accept credit cards? i was pissed. why didnt they tell me before hand? there is trouble with the machines , they said, i think its a very bad excuse. i know credit card s charges a few percentage, but for a big restaurant with crazy Decor in SENOPATI area, this is the point of disappointment. what if none of us knew how to transfer, or brought a debit card?


PARKING FEE 20 K
my children was picked up first by our drivers as I wanted to continue the night and they have schools the next day, luckily my husband sent them down to the parking area, BUNCH of "BADUTS" " men dresses as clowns, wearing clown masks, about 5-6 of them crowded the children" asking for money, 
This is scary , I mean you guys are in senopati area, there should be security that send them off. 
when we left the restaurant an hour later, the clowns were crowding us too. WOW 
will DEFINITELY not COME BACK HERE. 
i thought , due to working days the rest is empty, but now i understood why its empty. 
The FOOD was B , sushi tei is better , cheaper, but i wanted to spend my special day nice , but to my disappointment. 
The pricing is OKU kempinski, EXPENSIVE for B . i would have just gone to OKU, wanted to try new things. another disappointment , and NO Cards
Security Suck, i mean if you are charged for parking, there should be good Security, PARKING Sucks too, only few cars can go in .  Menu was BAD , just writings no pictures, we ordered food from google review, the beef cheese was shredding in the mouth ( old beef) , the only thing i think was decent was the beef sukiyaki,. salmon skin, prawn teppan , chicken karage, spicy tuna roll. 
Scallop teppan came super tiny, the size of 500 RP coins but thicker, 

AC was HOT, they turned it on , but after a while the ac shut down and switched on again, i think due to their temperature settings.
Beef truffle GYUdon and everything else was was B-

Tempura s were OILY.
