    Nice comfortable food

    Another order of paket PAS 3, nasi gudeg empal, tahu kipas and tempe mendoan for takeaway for my lunch. Price is set at 50k, quite affordable. It was great, totally fulfilling and nice empal very tender. Asked the staff to give extra sambal as well. Tahu kipas and mendoan are huge in size. Very nice!

    Favorite in a bowl

    Ordered the 50k kungpao rice set menu which comes with ayam kungpao, kacang panjang and lumpia udang with rice. Pretty good deal, since my favorite in Ta Wan are kungpao chicken and kacang panjang so it feels like basically everything is inside.

    Nice and affordable

    Ordered their paket PAS 3 that comes with nasi gudeg empal, 1 tahu kipas and 1 tempe mendoan. I ordered these from an online platform. Nasi gudeg includes empal, tempe bacem, krecek, gudeg and kerupuk with rice. Pretty good deal! Its quite affordable and pretty big portion because they gave extra tahu kipas and tempe mendoan. These gave me a fulfilling lunch 😋

    McDonald's [ Fatmawati ]

    Reusable cups to collect

    Ordered chicken burger deluxe and cheese burger with egg, all in set upsized so that i can get the reusable cup. Collected all the cups already so i am quite happy. Also ordered spicy chicken bites and choco mcflurry on top (part of the receh deal), quite cheap. Love the cheeseburger with egg, my only burger order from mcd.
    The place is in Fatmawati.

    Hotaru Deli [ Permata Hijau, Jepang ]

    Worth to try

    Finally got to taste premium bento being delivered to my home from Hotaru Deli, a sister company from Shabu Shabu House which has recently opened in ruko ITC Permata Hijau. They are available for free delivery service in Jakarta area. You can easily reach them through Whatsapp/Instagram.

    They offer 5 main bento meals:
    Wagyu Sukiyaki, Chicken Namban, Mapo Tofu and Karaage, Yawaraka Beef Curry, and Chicken Katsu Curry. Each comes with rice and additional pickles.
    I tried Wagyu Sukiyaki and Chicken Namban, as recommended by the staff.

    First of all, all the food are packaged accordingly with labels, cutleries and chilli powder. The portion of the food served for each meal is surprisingly huge, one bento can be eaten for 2 persons. These are the + points from me and not to mention the taste of the food.

    Wagyu Sukiyaki, mainly thin-sliced beef with a variety of mushrooms such as shitake, champignon and others, tofu, shirataki, tamagoyaki, horenso and spring onions. It comes with the sukiyaki sauce as well. Pretty great, love the beef which are mixed with the sauce accordingly. Also love the mushrooms, i am a huge eater of mushroom btw. This is one good combo. Totally recommended and worth to try.

    Chicken Namban, it is basically chicken karaage along with todasu sauce, taru2 sauce, spaghetti, potato, baby corn, horenso and kaboca. Chicken is huge and well blended with the sauce. The sauce on the other hand is creamy and has some sour taste on it. Pretty nice too.

    Overall love the wagyu, love the chicken and going to try other menu again next time.

    Pretty great drinks

    Bought green tea cream for some refreshment, not bad just enough amount of sweetness. My pick from Starbucks if i am not looking into something sweet.
    The place is in Lulu Hypermarket.
