    TO DIE FOR OOoops cheese Tart

    Makanannya enak enak. But beware ya. Semua yg kita order its abit rich in taste.
    Kita order pork ear fries. Deepfried kayak. Kentang goreng, crunchy and chewy like calamari. Ada sauce nya jg. Super yummy. Ngga pernah liat yg kyk gini. 
    Then i ordered snow crab black pasta. Chef recommendation is to mix tge fried crapcakes at the bottom with the pasta. And i did. Kinda regretted it. Ternyata its too rich with the sauce. Dont get me wrong. It was really good. But once mix, too rich still good. But next time ill order it aldente. Pasta was too overcooked. 
    He ordered ibertico piggie.
    Its was ok. Another sauce. All 3 dishes had similar sauce. Kinda like tomato pesto? Minta sea salt. I think its better with sea salt. However, the side sauce alone was good. Ada artichoke n sliced mushrooms in it.
    The STAR!!! IZZZZZZ ooopss Cheese tart.
    Presentation wise i was like what at least there should be some Raspberry drops, or ice-cream. However when you put it in your mouth, its something to die for. It has camembert taste to it, love loved it. Best with italian or french wine. Yummmmm.... I ordered another to go to indulge
    We ordered Trottles too for our cocktail. Since i am a cognac whiskey girl. Loved it. Nice presentation as well. A strong drink

    NO NA MA - Le Meridien Hotel [ Sudirman, Jepang ]

    Makanan yang mengecewakan

    Pertama liat ini dari jkt go. Jadi dah pingin bgt ke sini. Eh tiba tiba ada kebijakan ngga blh pesen sashimi ada extra charge 50.mau kepala ikan extra charge lagi. Trus kl mau dpt sashimi hrs pesen sushi platter yg sangat sangat tidak. Enak nasi doank di kasih kyk daging benyekan di atas. Pelayan jg lamaaaa aaa bgt. Minta chawan mushi ngga klr klr. Makanan sdh klr sushi gumpelan ocha blom keluar ank ank sampe keselek. Minta receipt pun duluan meja sebelah belakang di kasih duluan. Minta 3-5kali akhirnya setelah 28min saya jalan sendiri ke kasir untuk bayar. All in all makanan tidak enak. Pelayan lamaa. Dan makanan tdk memuaskan kursi jg tegak. Mau di ruangan +extra 200rb.

    Super BADDDD Experience

    I went there  bringing my family and client thinking ok, this has been a hype restaurant in a 5 star hotel , reservations are not easy by the way. I have asked a request from the GM of the hotel to make a reservation for us on the 9th at 630 Pm. we were seated on the bar which i refused and asked for a change, they changed into a sofa , by squeezing a little since we are a party of 8. 
    we requested for the chef , but to no avail , he was on a meeting they said. I mean common, this restaurant with a hype, full reservations and no chef on site?? 
    the restaurant is also under staff, we brought 3 bottles of wine, there was only 1 Sommelier that was running around , and yeah we waited and waited for a longg time. We ordered quite a lot , we ordered 3 Grated slaw, well all of us complained that it tasted like wet Rug, i think the peanuts in it have gone bad, even after returning the slaw, they still charge us for it, then we ordered the tartar which is also different from the pictures that i have seen before no design or whatsoever, we ordered the rib eye medium, it came out medium rare, we ordered pizza, its was okay, risotto i think its best among all food,  the mushroom soup was blahh,,, we also ordered lobster, fish and chips, over all, my complaint is that it all Arrive at the same time, imagine a small table squeezed and all food from appetizers to maincourse arrived at the same time, its like they are super understaff, they just want to be done for one table so they can serve the next. The food was not as expected " TOM by Aiken s" michelin, it was very bad OVERRATED, I mean common , yes you are in a 5 star hotel, yes you are hype, but should you maintain so that people will come again. we ended up spending 9 ++ million
    even invited I will not come back.

    Grated Slaw Mineral Overload, tasted Like Smelly RUG
    Coppa DI Parma
    Miso Butter baked lobster
    Toms Fish and Chips I've had So much better
    Truffled golden Raviolli  mushy
    45 day dry aged prime rib , sent back since it was bloody and tough, lack of taste
    Morrel Risotto  the only thing worth eating

    I usually dont write reviews but this have been bothering me for days, 

    Vong s kitchen is a much better choice, By Jean Georges MIchellin star 
     chef  Matt takes the day off on monday only, he checks on every food, although service could be better,  

    Amuz would be a much better choice too. 
    In summary 
    NO CHEF
    IS NOT WORTH the Price 
    UNDERSTUFF
    OVER PRICE
    RUSHED
