New restaurant in Alam Sutera with intriguing Japanese-Australian and dry bar concepts. Heard mixed reviews from friends and families but based on my visit, both the foods and drinks did not match my preference. Also, food took very long to be served despite the place being somewhat empty during my visit.

Honey Roasted Pumpkin Eggs Benedict (88k) 5/10
My main impression from this dish was that it lacked seasonings, even the salt and pepper were lacking. Also waited 1 hour for this (maybe cause of the baked pumpkin) but weirdly it came out cold? Bread was super dry and hard I could not finish eating it.

Aussie Big Brekkie (108k) 5/10
A classic breakfast menu with a twist. The spinach beef pancake was interesting idea but sausage was not seared enough (honestly it looked raw if you look at the picture). Sourdough bread was also very tough. The rest of the dish (tomato, mushroom, etc) was alright but bland. Portion was huge so suitable for sharing.

Salad Wrap Dewa Dewi Kids (28k) + Extra Cheese and Jalapeno (11k)

The additional cheese and jalapeno seem to be a gimmick to me and in fact made the wrap hard outside and soggy inside.

Taste wise, I could see them trying to create a new local salad profile, but the bakso was really unidentifiable amidst the vegetables. Overall, I prefer other salad joint in town.

Ordered Mie Ayam Special Bara extra pedas (48k). No queue yet at around 10ish. As many reviewers have suggested, it tasted similar to indomie kari, just bolder in taste and richer in broth. All the toppings work well together, very impressed by how spicy the extra pedas was. Must have put lots of rawit as my mouth was on fire halfway through the bowl. For me, it was good experience but not something I would repurchase, much less queue for.

Went here during fasting period to avoid the long queue. I would say that the sashimi was really good value if you don’t mind the queue.

Umaku Special Sashimi (226k) 9/10
A steal considering price to quality ratio. Generous slices of sashimi and all tasted really fresh. The toro, kanpachi, and hotate were definitely the standouts.

Udon Moriawase (59k) 5/10
Standard. The broth was lacking flavour and tempura was just okay. Didn’t help that the udon was overcooked.

Dragon Roll (94k) 3/10
Got this for takeaway. They just poured the sauce on the takeaway container, making everything soggy and ruining the taste of the rolls.
