Seger dan Enak Romantic Berry Tea

Mala Chuan dan Drips Coffee ini merupakan satu grup restoran dan kafe yang lokasi nya ada di Arteri Kelapa Gading. Kali ini aku review menu dari Drips Coffee.

Buat suasana di restoran ini cozy dan kalau teman-teman duduk paling depan yang ada sofa itu cocok banget dan makin rileks. Lantai 2 di restoran ini tempat untuk full smoking area.

Menu yang aku coba ada tiga:
1. Romantic Berry Tea (Rp 22.000)
Untuk minuman nya aku suka banget. Dimana perpaduan rosella tea dengan strawberry jam saling melengkapi satu dengan yang lain. Manis nya pas dan ada accidity yang membuat rasa minuman ini balance.

2. Bolu Tape
Untuk menu ini, mereka membuat secara handmade. Tekstur kue nya sendiri soft, butter, dan manis nya pas. Tape nya memang mereka buat nya tidak terlalu strong tapi masih sedikit berasa.

3. New York Cheese Cake
Buat cheese cake nya menurut aku biasa aja. Memang enak, tetapi tekstur kue sendiri sudah tidak terlalu lembut. Bagian permukaan luar nya sudah mulai pecah.

Kopi kali ini dari dripscoffee di kelapagading , Japanese cold drip pertama di Indonesia dengan proses pembuatan 8-12jam sehingga rasa kopinya lebih kerasa dan smooth , asiknya mereka juga menyediakan premium cold drip dengan biji kopi dari mancanegara / luar negeri (Limited Stok setiap hari) . Di dripscoffee selain variannya beragam mulai dari kopi sampai menu non kopi , terdapat juga ragam kue dan harganya bersahabat serta tempatnya pun juga nyaman dan bikin betah . penasaran?
