Gawd i loove this place! The food, the place, the ambience.. It's my first 4.5 rating on Zomato btw 😗

I had dinner at weekdays with my husband here, didn't expect nothing but good-but-cheap food. And we got it, plus the ambience so lovely for dating. The waitress also friendly & can explain (& spells) the menu well :))

We ordered Escargot au Pesto (35k), Blanc de Poulet au Fromage (70k), and Poulet Champignon (60k). Drinks are chamomile tea.
Escargot au Pesto

It served first, with hot plate on a wooden chopping block. There are 6 pieces of Escargot, topped with roasted cheese & served with 3 garlic bread. First bite? Ooh-la-la, the moist of Escargot, meet the crisp, salty cheese is da bomb! Don't forget to dip the garlic bread with olive oil left in the plate.
Poulet au Fromage

Basically it's a chicken cutlet topped with roasted, melted cheese. Side are potato wedges & fresh salad. They're good: cutlet is crisp, melted cheese on top made it better, potato wedges are great. But the highlight is the salad, love the Freshness with the balsamic vinegar! There are some kind of spinach leaves & tomato cherry in it.
Poulet Champignon

This is it. The best among all. Especially the Champignon mushrooms. Oh they cook & seasoned it really well i even couldn't get over with it til now. And the Champignon is only the topping for pan-fried boneless chicken that seasoned really well. The carbo is rice, but nothing special of it although they have herbs in it.
Overall, you'll have taste that you can't get away from your mouth after eat in Frenchie. It leaves a deep aftertaste. Frenchie became one of my fave dinner restaurant! 😋

New place to hangout in Tebet. You can easily find this place if you know cheesecake factory. Yes, it's very near from cheese cake factory and right next to taco cantina.
Pertama kali kesini beberapa waktu lalu dengan teman untuk chitchat sore hari. Waktu saya disana, Frenchie masih sepi. Warna dinding yang kuning mencolok cukup menarik perhatian. Tempatnya gak begitu besar, ada indoor dan outdoor.
Roti de beouf au jus dan blanc de poulet menjadi pilihan saya dan teman saya. First time I saw those dish, entah kenapa saya merasa kurang menarik. Dan ternyata rasanya ya not too good but not bad. Biasa ajalah. Tapi saya tetap menikmati obrolan di sore hari itu. Tempatnya memang nyaman sih..
Menurut saya kalau mau kesini cocoknya untuk afternoon tea / coffee. Karena pilihan sweet and pastries nya cukup banyak. Maybe next time I can try those snacks.
