My personal best pork noodle

This is my long time favorite pork noodle (12 years).
the first time I ate this pork noodle was when I was lived in Palu in 2010. IT WAS LOVE AT THE FIRST TASTE!!!!! They made the noodles by themselves, it has a good consistency and perfect chewiness. The topping was the best that you could asked for a mie pangsit. Pork cha siu, fried pork with ultra crispy skin (babi tore), shredded chicken, a fried pork dumpling and a steamed dumpling. Accompanied with a bottle of cold liang tea is the best meal you’ll ever had in a hot afternoon. You can also order the dumplings and the toppings separately (I’m really sure one portion isn’t enough )

fast forward to 2014, they opened their new outlet in kelapa gading, North jakarta. The outlet is handled by the son of the owner (Palu outlet), and the taste and quality are EXACTLY the same!!! 

the place is quite humble, it is a house that turned into a restaurant. Really love the homey vibes.

I’m really glad they open it in Jakarta!!

Bakmi aku kali ini dari pangsit mie palu yang rekomen untuk kalian cobain .
Untuk isiannya terdapat ayam , babi merah , dan babi panggang , lengkap dengan pangsit revus dan pangsit goreng . Untuk ukurannya kalian bisa pilih mau kecil / besar / jumbo . Ditambah kalian bisa extra daging / pangsit / telur di bakmie kalian .
Selain enak , porsinya juga bikin kenyang dan pelayanannya juga oke banget , apalagi ditambah sambelnya semakin mantap serta kuah nya yang gurih nikmat .
Penasaran? Cus langsung aja merapat dan cobain dijamin puas , salam laper semuanya ❤️ .

Enak dagingnya banyak tapi mahal

Rasanya unik mienya kenyal tapi karena minyak nya cukup masuk ke mulut cukup smooth jadi makan banyak juga gk berasa. Rasa minyak wijennya juga berasa banget jadi kalau yg gk doyan minyak wijen mendingan jangan.
Buat yang doyan tersedia minyak wijen, acar cabe untuk tambahan. Daging juga berlimpah sepadan dengan harganya, cuman kalau bisa lebi murah sedikit mungkin lebih pas.
Tempatnya rumahan tapi bersih jadi gk sampe nyaman tapi tidak sampai mengganggu makan
Babi merah nya enak rasanya manis asin, sedangkan babi torenya krispy
Boleh dicoba kalau yang penasaran.
