PUTU MADE is one of the BEST BOGA Restaurant for me!
I'm amazed with the first spoon of their Tebuk Daun Kacang.

1.Tebuk Daun Kacang: it's just a simple dish, made from Daun Kacang, with yellow base coconut milk sauce and roasted peanuts with anchovy, but super delicious!!
The coconut sauce is not too thick, very enjoyable to eat!

2. Sate Lilit Ayam
Balinese Minced Chicken Satay, that is served with Sambal Matah. I like the texture and smokey taste of this sate!

3. PUTU MADE Bebek Betutu
This menu is Signature Dish in Putu Made! It's whole duck, with cassava leaves inside, wrapped with Pelapah Pinang, and roasted in 5 hour!!
This menu already include Trio Sambal that I love!! And also Lawar.
You can share it for 4-6 people I think 😄

4. Honey Lemon Ice
So pretty and refreshing drinks to have...They use Bamboo straw anyway😆

I'll come back for sure to eat the other menu!
The place is so cozy with good service.

This is a very reccomended place to bring your foreigner friends or client to have an upscale Indonesian dining experience!
