Potato Domino (110k) 8.5/10
Potato texture was 💯, plus crunchiness from bacon, creaminess of telaggio cheese, and tanginess of creme fraiche. Will return to pantja just for this.

Summer Salad (225k) 8/10
Essentially a panzanella salad (bread, tomato, olive oil) with the additions of peach and ricotta. Peach was very succulent and sweet. If you love salad with fruits you will enjoy this dish.

Cauliflower (165k) 6/10
Baked cauliflower with black garlic sauce, thai and opal basil, cilantro, and peanuts. Sauce way too salty and the cauliflower was roasted unevenly, with sone florets being burnt and the stem being really tough.

Pantja Fried Chicken (165k) 5/10
Served with habanero hot sauce and ranch. Could not taste the rosemary and herbs. Prefer KFC or moon chicken tbh (much cheaper too)

Hokkaido Corn (75k) 4/10
Summer corn with tomato raisin and shishito pepper. Just like normal corn. Skip
