Loved this place as they never fail to serve one of the best authentic ramen in Jakarta. Have been go back and forth between their 2 outlets (Citiwalk Sudirman)

Echigoya ramen is chicken broth ramen with chicken and heapful of vegetables from corn, cabbages, carrots and napa cabbages. Rich broth and tasty.

Tanmen is more bold ramen with heavier broth. It has choice of chicken or pork meat. It also has tons of vegetables inside it.

Stamina ramen is beef ramen with spicy and peppery broth. It is called “Stamina” for a reason, as it consists of lots of noodle, vegetables and sliced beef in it. Rich, tasty and guaranteed it will fulfill your hunger.

Gyoza. Their gyoza is the best. I could say that as i always ordergyoza to every ramen house in the city and i could say Echigoya’s is the best and most consistent in term of freshness and taste. A must have order. Eventhough i eat pork, I’d prefer their chicken gyoza to pork gyoza.

Gyutan yakinikudon, a slightly new dishes in their menu. It was tasty and the meat was tender.
