The richness of the broth that is cooked for a long time, a firm noodle, a slice of delicious pork chasiu, a flavourful ajitsuke tamago, negi, and mushroom...what a perfect combination. You can also try to add minced garlic, shoyu, and also chili oil for extra richness. Try it and you won't regret.
