The newest cake shop in Grand Indonesia already open. Located in east mall, at upper ground floor, La Mansion looks so shabby chic, elegant, sweet and classy. Its interior design simple minimalist, just 3 table seats, one mini bar seats, display window, small bar for barista, and chasier table.
I ordered 2 slices of its cake, it's called Chloe and Bijou. Chloe is lemon chiffon cake and lemon curd that covered by smooth grilled meringue. Some fresh fruits and flowers are put on the top of cake, make this cake look so beautiful and refreshingly. Its texture a lil bit dense but still fluffy and moist. Its taste sweet, sour and yummy of course. Absolutely gorgeous.
And the last, i have Bijou. Basic cake of Bijou is mix of fluffy coconut dough, tropical fruits jam and cream. Topped by yellow fruity mousse and half of chocolate ball. Its texture so smooth, slight sweet and quite unique.
The thing that i love the most in here, they are using fresh flower as ornament also theirs service was nice, quick and full of smile. Excelent...
