Celebrate my friend birthday in Huang Ji Huang, they served huge portion of food. One portion can be shared for 3 to 4 person, i try their Pork Short Ribs, which surprisingly very delicious. The pork ribs are very juicy, tender and well marinated. Firstly the waiter cooked the veggies, like onion, red chili, garlic, tofu, carrot, red capsicum, green capsicum, spring onion with salt and pepper. Simmer until cooked, and then add the pork ribs with white sesame seeds. When everything nicely cooked, the waiter stirred and pour some sauces on top, and ready to eat! Very nice experiences and will come back again for sure.
