Salmon Arburi, Salmon Carpacio. The salmon are fresh and tender. Its soft, creamy and melt in mouth. Especially the Carpacio, with Ponzu sauce, the onion are sweet and nice aroma. I am having late lunch at 4 pm, so its very silent, and they give free Ocha which refill-able.
