Review Pelanggan untuk Simetri Coffee Roasters

I have been curious about this coffee house near the place of where i live, since i saw lots of food blogger came to this place. Especially when I saw that they have cereal milk latte at their menu which i rarely found anywhere else.

So few days ago i finally paid a visit. Tempatnya enak, homey banget pas lah sama hastagnya #ngopidirumah karena gw memang bukan pencinta kopi yang roasting gitu review ini based on the fusion latte and food only yah. Karena kalau melihat koleksi roasting coffee mereka sih pencita kopi pasti seneng.
Penasaran sama cereal milk latte langsung order. Sayang nya kecewa berat, jauh banget dari rasa cereal milk semacam momufuku atau artisanal cereal milk yang banyak di instagram,  gak ada rasa salty susunya, rasa nya bener2 kaya latte biasa ditaburin cornflakes. Karena setau gue cereal milk itu seharusnya infused cereal with milk buat topped with cereal kaya lagi sarapan tapi dgn rasa sedikit kopi. Hmm mgkin kalau beneran di infused aja rasanya akan lebih asik, ada rasa sea salt, gurih dan bitter khas kopi, parahnya lagi ice tapi dinginnya dingin2 adem. Bener deh kalau makanannya g enak ratenya pasti dibawah 3. Tapi berhubung gw makan, dan rasa makanan lumayan enak, boleh lah.
Coba pan egg chorizo, saya muslim dan saya tau chorizo itu pork sausage, i was thinking to order fish and potato instead, but they are offering me chorizo, so i asked several times whether it was pork or not, and they convinced me that they are not using pork but beef instead. Rasanya lumayan ok, hubby also had their truffle creamy pasta, ok juga cuma gak ada smells truffle sama sekali. Lebih kaya mushroom pasta
