Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart is where you need to be. I've tried the original one. The inside, I mean cream cheese was perfectly fluffy. It's very cheesy, when warm, the cheese melts in my mouth. About the "crust" was more like a cookie. Me liked it! I would come back to buy another variant. It was a pretty yummy.
