Hokubee ramen was quite good, the Hokubee beef was tender, the broth was quite good, it got corn flavor in it, which well blend with the chicken broth.

Hokkaido roll is part of their shinkansen roll series. Train inspired sushi where the front and the end roll shaped like shinkansen train. Hokkaido roll is 10 slice cheese topped sushi with unagi as the front roll and kani roll as fhe back of the train. Taste wise is pretty standard sushi roll.

Cheese gyoza was standard type of gyoza and topped with mozzarella cheese and tobiko.
