Been curious about Bread Culture since their PO day with many bloggers hyping up their breads as being the best in Jakarta (a bold claim if there is one). Considering that their offline store is near my residence, I finally decided to try two of their variants.

Keep in mind that I am aware that the flavours chosen are not what they deem to be the best sellers, however is it not expected that all goods sold in a store should provide customers with the same level of satisfaction?

Thus, I got the apple earl grey caramel struddle and ube almond. They are by no means horrible, pretty decent in fact, but rather they do not deliver on the hype of being better than other breads offered at similar or even cheaper price point by competitors

Terus terang kalau cobain makanan yang kata banyak orang enak tapi menurutku standar saja, biasanya aku koreksi jangan-jangan lidah aku yang aneh 🤣

Bread Culture = artisan bakery yg mendadak terkenal karena katanya enak banget, hidden gem, dengan harga yang cukup mahal. Turns out bagiku ga berkesan, tapi mungkin karena lidahku terbiasa roti belasan ribu kali ya 🤣 or maybe aku belum coba best seller menu nya mereka.

Tried the triple sweet cheese. Seperti namanya, rasanya sangat manis. Rotinya fluffy. Isian keju nya medok.
Also cobain focaccia yang merupakan top highlight mereka, served with pesto. This one juga ga satisfied my tastebuds as in harganya yang pricy ya. Rasanya not bad, tapi bagiku sih ga yang enak banget gimana.

If you wanna try, go for their truffle mushroom pork bacon and pulled pork deh. I heard many amazing reviews on them, sounds interesting dan unik.

Kalau kamu bread hunter atau doyan artisan-artisan begini, ya boleh deh cobain. Cocok banget untuk sarapan.

For its’ price, relatively high ya, start from 35k++ each 🫣but i believe they use premium ingredients hehe

I tried:
- Focaccia; comes with italian balsamic dipping oil!
Super nice texture, fresh baby tomatoes, which surprisingly i enjoy!!
- Yuzu (new!)
Unique combo! Yuzunya dibuat kaya fla gitu di dalem rotinyaa.. 😋 kalo suka perpaduan asem sm roti gt bisa cocok, tp buatku, kurang ya hehe
- Truffle Mushroom Pork Bacon
My fave ✨wangi.. mushroomnya fresh & baconnya ga overwhelm the entire flavor✨🤩
- Chocolate Hazelnut Streusel
Nothing really special buat rasa yg ini, ky roti coklat pd umumnya aja. Tp mnurutku tekstur roti mereka itu memang ✨bedaaa✨, cek last slide deh 🤩that perfecy airy texture yet still maintain its softness!
