Crab ravioli

ini adalah menu ter worth it dan kalo lagi mau yang creamy, isian ravioli nya full crab meat, terus kulit raviolinya super lembut dan kenyal, pakai cream sama infuse thyme oil, omg this is so delicious!

Tiramisunya YUM!

Ke sini karena ingin menikmati tiramisunya. Walau memang pricey sih.. 

Seperti biasa, tempat ini selalu ramai sama pengunjung, jadi kebagian tempatnya di tengah2 ruangan indoor. Kepinginnya di semi outdoor, tapi cuaca lagi gak jelas.
Kami pesan:
1 classic tiramisu (IDR 115K)
1 rigatoni Norma (IDR 145K)
2 cioccolato (1 dingin & 1 panas) jadi IDR 110K

Harga2 belum termasuk pajak dan service. Minumannya ya dari Djournal group Ismaya juga.
Negative point: tempat duduknya terlalu berdekatan dgn lainnya. Mejanya terlalu kecil jd ya mending gak usah pesan banyak2.

Italian resto favorit aku karena punya pizza & pasta yang rasanya authentic.

Selain itu, Osteria Gia juga selalu memberikan compliment bread yang khas banget untuk setiap pengunjung yang datang.

Menu yang aku pesan :
1. Quattro Formaggi Pizza
Rasa truffle mushroom & cheese nya berasa banget. Cocok untuk sharing.

2. Pinwheel Lasagna
Rasa daging sapi dan tomatnya pas

Sejauh ini pasta favorit aku ada di Osteria GIA, yaitu Spaghetti al Burro e Pepe karena bumbu black truffle yang khas

Dateng weekdays malem, agak ramai tapi engga full table✌🏻
Good View & servicenya 🫶🏻. Waktu itu duduk di outdoor yang mengarah ke Bundaran HI, ambiencenya juara buat spend time disini. Menunya authentic italian dishes. Ohiya pas sampe dapet complimentary bread, tapi lupa foto:(

✨Spaghetti Carbonara (8.5/10)
Pork bellynya banyak & crispy! Pasta al dente, cabonaranya enak.

✨Cavatelli Salsiccia e Burrata (7/10)
Tekstur pastanya kenyalll & chewy banget…… personally aku kurang suka teksturnya. Sausnya kombinasi made of jamur pocini, rasanya oke tapi aku kurang suka aftertaste sausnya.

✨Quattro Formaggi (8/10)
Pizzanya enak sukaa! Trufflenya wangi, pizzanya tipiss gitu & kombinasi kejunya aku sukaa (mozarella, gorgonzola, parmigiano, pecorino).

✨Crispy Calamari (7.5/10)
seperti calamary pada umumnyaaa

Worth to try!

Service
Reservasi via WhatsApp, adminnya ramah dan responsif. Tapi sayang banget pas sampe sana ada misscom, karena dalam 1 meja yg ngelayanin 2 waiters. Baiknya kalo di resto kyk gini, 1 meja, 1 waiter aja. Jd koordinasinya juga oke. Apalagi kalo mau surprisein orang.

Food
Ada welcoming bread dan butternya.
Disini mesen Spaghettoni al Burro e Pepe with black truffle, overall 8.5/10 karena rada oily. Tapi rasanya trufflenya sangat amat enak dan terasa. Untuk harga 210k, worth to try kok.

Dessert
Classic tiramisunya 8/10. Kalo lagi apes, dapet yg powdernya banyak perlu hati-hati sih, bisa batuk-batuk dan jadi makin pahit.

Beverage
Ice lemon tea dan TWG morrocan mint nya yaa pada umumnya ajasih.

If you wanna find a comfortable place, it's definitely NOT this place.

Definitely not come back again. The food taste was good but not on point, and I can say it's quite standard compared to the other Italian restaurants. You can find a similar restaurant like this with better taste and cheaper prices in Bali. The Osteria GIA ambiance is quite bad, with no privacy at all, from 1 table to another is way too close and it's very SMALL.

Somehow, we can hear what the person beside us talking, the condition is quite crowded. The music was too loud. Not only we complained about the table, but we also heard the person next to us talking to the waiter, complaining that they felt uncomfortable because the table is too small and their plate is touching another plate and the waitress only laughed (well, actually the last waitress who talked to us was very nice. He's the only one who spoke nicely to us). When we were eating, one of their waitresses disinfected the next table toward us. We were afraid that the spray droplets could reach our food because it was very close. They could actually do it the opposite way (because it's empty space), but they didn't. The service is not that bad, but it's still fine. 

We complained about this too because we (2) ordered a couple of foods and asked if we can move to another table, unfortunately, we can't because it's only two of us. It's okay, we can understand but it felt uncomfortable during our dining time. We were disappointed and upset that we ordered too many foods because it made us longer staying there.

We decided to order 3 foods because there is no space at our table and we learned if you want to come here and you only come with your partner or 2 people, it's better to buy 2 or 1 and share it with your partner. I think this place is only required for a quick meal. Or, you can book with 3 people instead of 2, so they will give you better tables. :)

Osteria GIA forces a small place with too many tables, so it feels like they only want a lot of profit without thinking about their customer. So, good luck to them. :)

Pasta & Salad

Datang pas minggu siang, tanpa reservasi sudah pasti penuh. Kebagian duduk di sofa panjang, jaraknya berdekatan banget sama pengunjung lain. Jelas kurang nyaman tapi tertutup sama sajian osteria gia yang lezat.

Pesan Salad dan Pasta, sampai lupa namanya, kalo ngga salah pappardelle dan caesar salad. Pelayanan disini juga bagus meskipun pengunjung lagi ramai sekali.
