Pilihan menu mereka autentik chinese food dengan penyajian yang modern & menarik👏🏻 Untuk cocktailsnya mimin gak coba. Tempatnya hidden gem gitu, pintunya kecil berwarna merah. Saat masuk kita langsung diarahkan naik tangga ke lantai 2. Dari luar emang tempatnya kecil & remang - remang, tapi pas sampe atas...... interiornya traditional yet modern😍 Ambiencenya juara, makanannya gak kalah juara!💯

Fried rice, shreeded duck, onsen egg & pickled radish. Ini menu yang mimin paling suka. Fried rice nya sendiri enak banget, fried ricenya dia kayak chinese friend rice ya yang engga gitu manis lebih ke asin. Tekstur nasinya enak, pas buat nasi goreng. Ducknya juga enakk hehe.

Tofu and snow mushroom dressed in sichuan broth with truffle oil! Truffle oilnya.... wangi banget. Gak pernah kepikiran sih mapo tofu cocok sama truffle oil hahhaha. Overall enak, gak greasy sama sekali, cuma buat sebagian orang rasa kuahnya terlalu pedas. Tofunya bener2 lembut, enak, gak asem sama sekali tahunya.

✨ Chicken & Prawn dumplings (8/10)

Dumplings dengan isian minced chicken, prawn, coriander, green onion dan disajikan dengan black vinegar sauce. Fillingnya enak & banyak! kulit dumplingnya crispy hahaha. Suka deh menu ini juga enak.

Mungkin dari semua menu... menu ini yang gak worth it menurut mimin. Dia pake ebi gitu jadi rasanya terlalu asin. Porsinya juga gak gitu banyak. Tapiiii emang kematangan buncisnya pas, msh crunchy gitu pas kita makan, gak kematengan hahaha.

Po Supperklab

I often see Po Supperklab being highly rated by food bloggers, however the dishes I got did not really suit my palate. Probably because I went with people who do not eat duck and seafood, which seem to be their specialties? Based of this visit, I still prefer their other brand Po Noodlebar.

Beef Bacon Dumpling (6.5/10)
Funnily enough this reminded me of Shandong Mama’s pot sticker. Now that the quality of that one has gone downhill, this actually surpass that while being more affordable. Not bad. Fillings were generous and skin was not too thick.

PSK Mapo Tofu (95k) 6/10
Despite being a tofu dish, my favourite part about this dish was the crunchy snow myshroom. Could not smell the truffle oil. Sauce had nice level of heat but weirdly enough taste a bit sour?

Tiger Skin Meatballs (60k) 6/10
Taste similar to bakso goreng, only more premium version. Meatballs were flavourful, meaty and juicy.

Chicken Lollipop (65k) 5.5/10
Standard deep fried chicken, the meat was somewhat tough to chew. Flavor-wise, it was very bland on its own so you have to dip it in the sauce provided.

Good place good food good people

Love the intimate jazzy ambience.
We ordered Duck Fat Fried Rice, PSK Mapo Tofu, Chicken and Prawn Dumpling, Pearly Baby Crab Noodle, and Tiger Skin Meatballs. Our favorite is the dumpling, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Surprisingly all the foods are very delicious.

Will definitely come back to this place

Po Supperklab is a Chinese restaurant with bar yang menyajikan crafted Chinese food dan cocktails dengan konsep speakeasy!

The food so delicious and feel good to try their cocktails too. Such an instagramable place to dine in. They also have selections of fresh seafood yang wajib kalian cobain!

Must try:
1. Duck fried rice: love the fried rice texture! Duck nya di sheared jg with scrambled egg and red cabbage (8.5/10)
2. Steam kerapu fish with XO sauce: mereka specialty in seafood. Kalian bisa nanyain seafood yang available ada apa aja. Literally, suka sama texture fish nya. Ini typical fish steam yang light jadi rasa nya gak overpower. Recommend for sharing (10/10)
3. Mapo Tofu with Mala sauce & truffle: truffle oil nya wangi banget! Suka banget spicy nya, taste so good! Trus ada snow mushroom nya jg (9/10)
4. Chicken and prawn dumpling steam: minced chicken, prawn, coriander, red cabbage with black vinegar sauce. This is my fav! Kalian bisa request untuk dumpling nya di steam. Filling nya jg banyak banget (10/10)
5. Vodka with purée: recommended cocktails! It’s so smooth! untuk cocktails nya mereka partnership with Gloomy Sunday, Bandung (9.5/10)

Mocktails:
1. Ruperts escape: mango chrub, lemon juice, water! Such a tropical madness(8.5/10)
2. Talk to the palm: coconut water with blue curaçao, pinapple, coconut milk. Literally so refreshing! (9/10)

The Classic & OG Chinese 👌

PÒ SupperKlab ingin menyajikan angle berbeda dengan menghadirkan twist tersendiri pada menu-menu mereka. Tidak hanya untuk noodles, tapi beberapa menu lainnya seperti Lobster Dumplings yang terdiri dari sauteed fresh lobster, dill dan brown butter sauce dan B.P.C Patty dari minced beef, prawn & chicken, soy cured egg yolk dan micro herbs pun sama-sama dibuat in house. Terdapat pula Silken Seafood Steamed Egg yang mirip dengan chawanmushi namun dilengkapi dengan topping prawn, squid, dan tobiko – hidangan pembuka yang menghangatkan. Selain itu, Chicken Rolla yang terdiri dari fried rolled chicken, minced chicken stuffing, soy cured egg yolk dan creamy garlic sauce merupakan hidangan yang paling nostalgik, mengingatkan pada hidangan-hidangan di restoran legendaris yang kerap dikunjungi bersama keluarga.
