Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery

My hometown has been scorching hot in the arvo almost every day since like a month ago or so. 35 degree Celsius is like normal nowadays, and with the humidity, walking outside the house feels like walking in a massive oven. 

This place is a bit secluded over that part of the city but worth the drive. Looks humble from the facade yet homy and cozy on the inside. I've visited this place back in 2017 and they have improved quite a bit. Of course back then I wasn't this active on my socmed so sorry guys, no side by side comparison 😂 

The pitcher contains something Sangria (refreshing? Awakening? Can't remember what it is exactly). The one next to it, the yellow one is mango and passionfruit soda thingy, again I couldn't remember the name. All of them are non-alcoholic drinks as I don't wanna get myself bloated again after all those beer drinking fiasco a few posts back. Oh, the nibbles. Something poutine which basically is french fries/chips topped with cheese sauce and a few smoked beef/ham strips. Just okay to snack on, not a big fan of it. 

The Sangria is refreshing, sweet, sour, and fruity. Yakult/yoghurt drink with some citrus and strawberry, with ice, in a pitcher. Pour it to those glasses, on ice. Refreshing and nice. Would go back for it (or make some more at home if I wanna have it by myself). The mango passionfruit soda is alright, sweet, fizzy, a tad sour, and fruity. The mango is spot on, and passionfruit tastes like puree instead of the fresh, real one. 

Slide 2 to show you how refreshing it would be to have it in the middle of sunny afternoons, like today, at this moment when it's 35 degree Celsius outside. Just because I can 😉

Beberapa minggu lalu aku nongki cantik bareng temen2 di gatherinc bistro n cafe.

Tempatnya agak susah di cari jadi tang nyasar harap sabar nanti sebanding sma suasana cafenya yg cozy habis.

Ini kentang sma need d siram mayonnaise n saus tang rasanya enak banget

Ini chickens steak yg di siram saos mariana trus ada kentang n sedikit salad

"tacos bites"

So far makanan ini enak cuman kulitnya yg gak kayak taco's pada umumnya

Jadi gatherinc ini menyadarkan saya akan betapa luasnya kota surabaya ini hahahaha. Setelah muter2 pake GPS dan entah dilewatin jalan yang ngga saya kenal akhirnya nyampe jugaaaaa, tempatnya jauh dan entah dimana kalo disuruh ngulang lagi tanpa GPS saya nyerah. Tapiiii tempatnya bagus, sesuai lah sama perjuangan nyarinya hehe, serius  deh ini salah satu cafe paling niat yang pernah saya datengin, karena udah makan berat sebelumnya jadinya kesini cuma ngemil aja, nama2 menunya agak2 susah sih tapi ada penjelasannya kok, saya pesen poutine lava, ini isinya french fries, ada saus kejunya gitu dan smoked beef, favoritttt, crunchy banget dan saus kejunya enakkkk. Minumnya lychee cooler, ini black tea ada lecinya dan ada daun mintnya jadi seger banget. Kalo disuruh ngulang lagi, mungkin mau, asal bukan nyetir sendiri lagi

Hellooo, beberapa hari lalu aku dapet kesempatan utk nyobain makanan di cafe yg terbilang cukup baru di daerah Surabaya Barat. Ya tempatnya bisa dibilang cukup 'nyempil' sih di antara rumah-rumah gitu. Tempatnya cukup cozy kok buat nongki2 cantikss ataupun family dinner.

Kemarin aku nyobain menu 'Poutine Lave', jadi itu menunya french fries gitu ada smoked ham nya terus ada cheesenya. French friesnya aku suka soalnya crunchy2 gimanaaa gitu terus cheesenyaaa juga suka bingittt asin2 gimana gitu hahaha. Nagih banget makannya hahaha
