Review Pelanggan untuk Sailendra - Hotel JW Marriott

It’s been a long time since i ate at the Hotel Restaurant! I went to @jwmarriottjkt several weeks ago, but I’m not sure about the restaurant name, probably this considered as Sailendra? Because of the pandemic they closed the buffet section restaurant, and available only for ala cartè menus. So we ate at the 29th floor of the hotel, and we had Penne Arabiatta and Cheese Burger. The food was good, but to me the arabiatta isn’t spicy at all, just taste sour and tangy, but i still liked it. And the Cheese Burger was good too, the beef patty is thick and well-seasoned. And we had Chocolate and Vanilla Milkshakes too, but there’s nothing special about the milkshakes.

I had quite pleasant experience about the foods, just regretted that there aren’t many food choices on the menu, but it’s okay to me.
But i’m not pleased about the service. There’s only 1 waiter that super nice to us, i don’t know his name but he’s very very nice, he delivered us from the ground floor, and asked us about the taste of the foods, but he’s not around much maybe because he’s busy and that’s okay since there’s another waitress, right? But the other waitress seemed ignorant. My friend ordered cake for the birthday surprise but it took a long time. And when we asked for receipt and taking photos, there were only a few waitress around, and the restaurant was not busy at all. So we spend a lot of time there waiting for the waitress. Well, i didn’t have a lot experience about eating at Hotel, but this one isn’t the best one.
