Masanobu serves casual dining concept with innovative Japanese Teppanyaki and Robata cuisine. The ambience is modern — minimalist Western style furnishings accompanied by traditional Japanese decor accents.
** SALAD:
- Negishio Wagyu Tongue Salad (IDR 100,000)
Mixed Vegetables with Grilled Wagyu Tongue, mix with Soy Sauce and Wasabi Dressing. This is how you enjoy Salad in extraordinary way!
** NOODLE:
- Reisei Kani & Ikura Salad Inaniwa Udon with Sesame Dressing (130,000)
Cold thin Udon with Crab Meat, Salmon Roe, Vegetables Mix, Onion, Wasabi, and Yuzu Skin, mix with Sesame Dressing. Fresh, tasty, and healthy!
** JAPANESE TAPAS:
- Aburi Wagyu Taru Taru (IDR 85,000)
Combination of chopped seared Wagyu Beef, Cucumber, Onion, Sweet Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, and Truffle Oil, topped with Egg Yolk, and served with Garlic Bread. To eat it, mix it altogether then spread on Garlic Bread. First time eating Taru Taru and I love it! Though it is raw and looks “scary” but turns out tastes sooo delicious!
- Toumorokoshi Tempura (IDR 28,000)
Corn Tempura poured with Sweet Soy and sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese. Sweet and crunchy!
- Camembert Cheese Tempura (62,000)
Camembert Cheese Tempura served with Honey and Black Pepper Sauce. Salty, sweet, ooey gooey!
- Dashimaki Tamago Sandwich (IDR 38,000)
White Bread with Japanese Omelette, Mustard, and Mayonnaise. Simple yet delish!
** RICE:
- Wagyu Bara Chirayashi (IDR 450,000)
Masanobu signature dish. A bento box which shareable for 3-5 pax, consists of assorted Grill Wagyu, Salmon Roe, Japanese Omelette, Cucumber, Seaweed, and Wasabi. PRETTY AND TASTY!
** ROBATA MEAT & FISH:
- US Wagyu Harami (IDR 300,000)
200 gram of Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Skirt Steak served with Sauteed Beansprouts and Garlic Butter Sauce. Tender, juicy, well seasoned!
- Gindara (IDR 190,000)
Charcoal Grilled Cod Fish served with Basil Sauce. Tender and soft!
** ROBATA VEGETABLES:
- Eringi Butter with Ponzu (IDR 40,000)
Charcoal Grilled Eringi Mushroom with Butter and Ponzu Sauce.
** DESSERT:
- Matcha Tiramisu (IDR 40,000)
Creamy Tiramisu sprinkled with Matcha Powder. SO GOOD!
- French Toast (IDR 40,000)
Fluffy French Toast served with Vanilla Ice Cream. A great dessert to end our food coma!
